 All classes are OPEN level and appropriate for beginners to more experienced yogis.
 New York Sports Club is a membership based sports club.
Class Descriptions:
Vinyasa Yoga is an alignment-based flowing class with a focus on connecting breath and movement.
Power Yoga is a dynamic flowing class with a focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility.  Some knowledge of yoga is helpful as this class moves at a faster pace but is not required.  Modifications are offered to increase or decrease the “power” of most poses.
Hatha Yoga is a slower paced alignment-based class focusing on finding balance within ourselves.
